The Bakery
The traditional bakery of Bayasse was established in 1996. Fabrice used all his energy to bring up day after day this traditional store to the village.
The bakery of Bayasse follows 2 different work rhythms: winter and summer.
In winter:
Bread is made Tuesdays and Fridays in the village of Bayasse. It is sold on the market of Barcelonnette on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
 

  In summer:
Bread is made nearly every day in the village, and the bakery is open every day from June to September. We are also present on the markets of Barcelonnette Wednesdays and Saturdays mornings.

Bread is made from natural leaven and is cooked in a fire wood oven.


 

Different breads are proposed: The choice goes from natural breads with different sizes (500grs to 2kgs) and several choices of small special breads (spices, walnut, olives, raisins, apricots….).

 

One also finds from June through September a grocery corner with local products, drinks and ice creams.
